The letter I SHOULD HAVE WRITTEN last year to the boy's who lived below me at Montclair State University. They will never know the extent of my sleep deprivation . . .
Yeah that was pretty hilarious. Jurassic Park is definitely a classic. Somewhat relevant: I woke up to the sounds of a garbage truck emptying a huge dumpster into its container right outside my window. In a total daze I literally jumped out of bed and ran to my window (literally) seriously expecting to see a giant robot fighting a dinosaur. But I just saw that something on the garbage truck was jammed and it was just grinding the dumpster against the back of the truck.
That was the BEST letter that I have ever read written to a roommate/floormate/dormmate ever. Too bad you never sent it, it would have been amazing!~ That's awesome. I love the metaphors and comparisons to things like Jurassic Park. And I totally know what you mean about the bass. When I write, I do it on my couch and through the wall I can *feel* and hear rap music. Awful. Especially since I write to classical music. That letter is AWESOME.
Greatest. Letter. Ever. I had the same experience Freshman year up in George Read. I thought being on the fifth floor would mean I wouldn't have to deal with morons above me making noise. I guess I forgot that to be on floor 5 you have to go past floors 1-4. I wish I had written something like this!
I love this! I can definitely relate! Glad you finally spoke your mind :)
